GET OFF THE BENCH

Damon Edwards, Latrell Harris and Nick Rose invite Rock City to ‘Get off the Bench’ and help end racism.  The trio is asking fans to educate themselves and don’t let hatred win.

The three players also want to raise some funds and ask you to donate to One Voice One Team and with every donation, fans will be entered into a draw to win one of the player’s game worn jerseys from the 2020 NLL season.  One jersey of each player is available to be won.

The story of One Voice One Team is a simple yet unique one. Each team member has inspirational life stories that help to empower and enlighten the hearts and minds of youth today so they can become positive leaders of today and tomorrow. Through our stories, expertise and methodology, our programs help youth make the necessary decisions that move them towards success in their personal lives and allow them to have a positive impact in the lives of others.

In every program, our delivery teams include high performance athletes, community leaders and/or accomplished motivational speakers. We facilitate powerful sessions that include inspirational storytelling, fitness activities and mentorship.

We believe that, despite their challenges, all youth can make the most out of their circumstances if they are given support, guidance and opportunities for growth. Numerous issues plague youth today: such as unemployment, suicide, gang involvement, mental health challenges and more. At One Voice One Team we empower, inspire and facilitate opportunities for youth to be catalysts in creating a ‘better tomorrow’ today.
