With a $20 donation to our charity partner Smilezone Foundation, you can include the name of someone celebrating a birthday at a Toronto Rock home game on our Birthday video board segment that night!  Please fill out the form to officially submit your birthday board request by clicking here.

Please note:

• Birthday name must be submitted no later then 2 business days prior to the game of your choice. (Ex. For Friday evening games, names must be submitted by Wednesday at 5pm ET)
• Video board birthday names are typically shown during a quarter break, media timeout or during halftime throughout the game.  However, due to the nature of the game, timing is subject to change.
• In addition, due to sensitive game timing, there are a maximum number of birthday names to be shown on the video board. If your name submission does not appear on the board, your credit card will not be charged.
• No refunds or tax receipts will be issued.
